Painting for my art teacher...

I painted this for the silent auction, although due to the high costs of shipping, I wasn't able to ship it as quickly as I'd have liked and am not sure if it will actually be in the auction. If I can't get it in the auction I will give it to him as a thank you... but I was curious to see what you thought.

    It is roughly eight inches by sixteen inches. I've been playing with the concept throughout the fall. Thanks for the feedback.

    its lovely! it reminds me of a block print... i've been really into that kind of design lately... i have 8 little canvases at home waiting for me (4x4'') and i'm going to do something similar to this...
    i'm sure it will be well received for your art teacher... i really appreciated your post about him the other day. much love!

    "Inspiration" - Oh, and I am so excited! I missed the auction, but my friend is buying and giving the money to my teacher!
